Excellent stay at W
friendly staff clean hotel convenient location
Olu from security was very courteous and professional. He remembered our names and checked on us every time we entered and exited. The staff was friendly. Greg, Gio, Jack and Innocent were amazing. I can't wait to return to this awesome and very clean hotel. The location is convenient.
I experienced a slight delay during check-in. It took a bit longer than expected to complete the process.

slow check-in uncleaned room
the check-in process Was a bit of a mess i must say. it took forever because they couldn't find the note about my early arrival even though i had proof. also the room wasn't cleaned When i returned at 4 pm. i had to call them and they offered to send someone immediately but i wanted to rest before going out again they finally delivered towels when i was about to check out that's all.

i stayed three nights and found the location excellent for accessing many attractions. the gym had modern equipment and was spacious. the breakfast included a wide selection of fresh fruit and pastries. the staff offered prompt service and were always available.
the room lighting controls were a bit complicated to understand initially.

The staff was ready to assist with any request. The security team, specifically Olu, offered excellent advice on local attractions and safety tips. The hotel location is ideal. It provides convenient access to major attractions and transport links. I also appreciated the music and atmosphere in the bar area. It made for comfortable entertainment.
I noticed slight wear and tear in some areas of the room. A few spots needed minor repairs.
